> Build News

Build contracts were due LAST SATURDAY, but if you haven't turned yours in, bring it to Mr. Merian ASAP. As of today, build at GM has not started yet. However, contact Arjun or Mr. Merian to be scheduled to go, for there are a limited number of spots.
 

> STIMS + Google Groups Reminder

STIMS should also have been finished LAST SATURDAY. If you haven't finished these then do them right now, especially since you're on the internet reading these meeting mintues.

By now you also should have signed up to be part of the Google group. If not, then e-mail Jason Joye, one of our beloved mentors, for an invite. All notifications and news will be posted via this e-mail group so make sure you join.
 

> Lightbulb Money?

People that haven't turned in the light bulb money... you know who you are. These are overdue.

> Woodie Flowers Form Was Due!

Everyone should have filled out the Woodie Flowers forms and turned them in today. If you haven't, give them to Bryce right away.
 

> Points & Group News

Keep track of your points! Attending meetings is not enough. Participate in fundraisers: Krispy Kreme sales (Friday 27th) and Movie Night (Friday 27th) are coming up. Spread the word and sell tickets.
Now is the time to work hard, so that we may enjoy the competitions!

We need Corporate Sponsorship people. They send letters, thank yous, and basically manage our communications with our wonderful sponsors. We need to be more organized in order to have a better recognition and relationship with them.

Make sure you're in a group, it's getting really late. If you're not in a group, then you're not contributing to the team.
We will be creating a document in our google group soon for keeping track of attendance. This also means you need to be part of the Google Groups. Everything is going to be online including sign-ups, forms, etc. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTED.
